Hidden costs

Lost a star because shipping was delayed, another star because I received an open box (returns is charged), a star because I now have a bill for customs duty so I am glad I didn't return (you still pay customs as the vendor doesnt) and the last because they hide this fact during the buying process but are also clueless as to how much it is, and I couldnt take the last star off for the strap that is already showing wear.

Overall, I wouldn't sell a product if I can't tell a customer what will be the total cost of the product.

I recently purchased the Pioneer Chronograph watch and have been very happy with the watch. I choose the white dial with gun metal case, along with black polyester band. It is by far the most stylish looking chronograph I have seen and feels good on the wrist. I have a 7 1/2 inch wrist and the size of the watch is fine. Very similar in size to my Apple Watch, for comparison. The pushers feel very solid and work well. My one very minor complaint is I wish the second/minute markers in the 2 sub dials were slightly darker. Depending on how the light hits the watch I have a hard time judging how many minutes have passed when the chronograph is running. This is my second Nordgreen watch and both shipped promptly and were delivered to me in 5 days (USA) in very nice boxes, so they were well protected. Again, this is a great looking watch and I am very happy with it.
